Dates: 18th, 19th, and 20th October 2024

We're excited to bring back our much-loved long weekend away, and this time, we've made some exciting changes to the format!

Instead of the traditional ride down on Friday, we’re kicking off from Salt Kingscliff with a ride that will serve as both the starting and finishing point. In fact, Salt will be the start and finish for the rides all weekend. This gives you the flexibility to book your own accommodation that best suits your budget and needs. Whether it's an Airbnb, with friends or a cozy hotel, the choice is yours!

We’ll also be organising group dinners for those who want to unwind and share a meal and drinks at the end of each day.

Noosa Training Camp 2026

Postponed Till 2026

CAMS Noosa Weekend Training Camp promises maximum training gains, close to home, with minimal outlay, and lots of fun and provides the option to participate in the Noosa Classic cycling events. This could be the perfect way to kickstart your fitness goals leading into  triathlon season, Sunshine Coast 70.3, training for Bright Camp - any fitness goals really.

The original plan: Departing early on the Friday morning, riders will be divided into groups of similar ability, riding different routes to Noosa with a support vehicle circulating. Ride distance to Noosa is anticipated to be roughly 160km, 190km, or 218km pending which group you join. Self-contained, 4-5 star, shared accommodation at South Pacific Resort Noosa. There will be the option to meet for a self-funded group dinner on Friday evening.

On Saturday morning we’ll head out for a recovery ride and coffee, and a Q&A session with Cam and Sheree! After a self-catered lunch there will be stretching, and some down time in preparation for the Noosa Classic on Sunday.

Riders should have the opportunity to participate in one of the Noosa Classic cycling events (160km, 120km or 65km) - an epic road cycling gran fondo event set in one of Australia's most beautiful beachside locations.

There will be the option to bus home to Brisbane on Sunday afternoon after the event, or stay an extra night have breakfast Monday morning before heading back to Brisbane – via our bikes of course (approx 169km).

If you are interested in staying Sunday night and riding home Monday, we will need to know to determine viability. Also if you would like to include your non-riding partner also let us know and we can work out a price for you.

For those of you who are unable to stay the weekend – we will be offering the option to ride to Noosa on Friday, however the return will be your own responsibility.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Friday – Brisbane to Noosa coached, supported ride.

  • Saturday - recovery coached ride with CAMS group and Q & A with Cam and Sheree

  • Sunday – Noosa Classic event (choice of distance) and option to bus home to Brisbane Sunday afternoon

  • Monday - Optional return CAMS coached ride Noosa - Brisbane

  • Support vehicles with mechanical support, your day bags, ride food, water and sunscreen

  • Friday post ride recovery food and drink

  • 2 nights’ self-contained, shared accommodation at the South Pacific Resort Noosa.
